it turned out great. i an on low carb diet so not too healthy to me but delishes.

A bit bland. Will try adding spinach or chicken to add more depth next time.

It was okay. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of Ritz crackers. I definitely did not like the red pepper and would replace with water chestnuts.

great, healthy, pretty easy to make and good taste. I ended up spicing it up a bit -- next time I may use seasoned salt or add a pinch of cayenne -- but overall this is a dish I will definitely make again!
