Didn’t have any zucchini, but a bunch of frozen broccoli. The recipe was easy and tasty. Definitely had a broccoli taste, but not a mushy texture I was worried about, which was great! Healthy-ish snack/side dish

Good flavor. I added grated carrots because I had a lot. That was good.
I used my own bread crumbs from a dense whole wheat bread, but I think panko I would have been better as these were quite heavy.
Anyway we ate 10 out of twelve for dinner; so not bad.
