Delicious simple recipe! I didn’t have cheddar but substituted parmesan & it was a hit!

I would never have believed how good this recipe is but my results prove that you should never judge a recipe by the simplicity of its ingredients. I was trying to use up some frozen broccoli. Defrosted the spears, blotted most of the moisture off with paper towels and followed the instructions. Very easy and delicious.
