- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup ale (dark English, or dark beer)
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 bag dried beans

Turned out delicious! I did end up using 2.5 lbs of steak which needed a bit more beef stock, and I also added some other random veggies I had in my fridge. The pastry was deliciously crumbly! My husband loved it and will definitely be making it again!
