I have made many different loaves of bread . This is one of my favourites. I don’t do the buns always I make a loaf

Mine came out dense with small fluff and an extremely hard shell for the outside. I was disappointed but I guess that’s the beginner in me. Thank you.

I have tried this recipe 4 times. Obviously I am the problem. Every time, dense, and 8 is for sliders, 6 for buns to cover a a sandwich.
However, the narrative and pictures are great

Our favorite bun recipe! Especially for burgers . I add honey to the egg when brushing it on before the oven . Gives it a nice sweet touch.

Love these buns! They turned out perfectly. They were a good size, and so soft and fluffy. We used these as hamburger buns for our homemade patties and those burgers were delicious!

These are awesome rolls and they plump nicely when cooking. Cut the dough into 12-16 pieces for dollar-sized rolls. A little coarse salt will turn them into pretzel-like treats.
