I just finished this recipe. I haven't tried tried the bread yet, but I did use this recipe for cinnamon rolls.
I never made brioche before, and I was worried I messed it up about the stage I was adding the butter. It was like lumpy pancake battery. I put it on medium speed with the paddle attachment to try and smooth it, anf then added 1 1/2 cups more bread flour. I am surprised it didn't come out dense as I was worried about.
The cinnamon rolls are delicious and I can't wait to try the bread. Thanks for the recipe!
