- 1 1/4 cups hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 garlic (Tabelspoon, minced)

I’d give a 5/5 for taste, they’re excellent. 3/5 for the cooking time, luckily I️ was watching mine, cooked at 400 for 30 minutes on each side and they were almost burnt. But overall, solid recipe, brining makes all the difference.
