- 1 qt. water (or enough to cover the wings)
- 5 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 Tbsp. peppercorns (fresh)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasonings (blend or use your favorite personal seasoning blend)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown mustard (I use a spicy brown mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish (I use a hot horseradish)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt (to taste, I use ½ teaspoon)
