Phenomenal chicken brine! Chicken came out flavorful and delicious!

I've been trying brining recently and decided to give this a try. This is a great recipe. I froze some in case I need a quick brine in the future. Not sure how it'll turn out yet. However, I modified the salt. I didn't think 6 tablespoons made sense with only 2 cups of water. I used only 2 and it was still a bit salty.
