- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. dried mixed herbs (or just oregano)
- 3 eggs (lightly beaten)

- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 red peppers (skinned and cubed)
- 85 grams cheddar cheese (grated, I used applewood cheddar as that was what I had in the fridge)
- 100 grams brie (cubed)
