  • panini (Preheat, grill to medium, if using)
  • 8 slices sourdough bread (8, 1⁄2-inch/1 cm thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened, 30 mL)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella, 60 mL)
  • 4 ounces brie (thinly sliced, 125 g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (chopped, 60 mL)

    I really enjoyed the flavor. Everything together is so good! The only problem I had was hot Nutella started dripping and falling out the back of my Panini. Made quite the mess! I believe the problem was I cooked it too long. I have a Hamilton Beach Panini press and just left it in there until the red light turns green. So be careful if you have one of those or something similar! I'll try this again with a different method.
