    Super easy and delicious. I did not peel my Brie. Definitely adding to the weekend rotation.

    Huge hit - I used an entire package of brie - it was a bit hardened, so I melted it in some butter and milk, then pureed it. I also subbed home--made deer sausage for the bacon. And, a blend of cheeses instead of swiss.

    Turned out great. I wanted to use some spinach in it too so I sautéed some with thinly sliced onion and shallot and bacon. Put that in with the cheese and proceeded as written, adding about 5 minutes to cooking time. It came out light and fluffy, tasted great.
