Ummm, not sure about this one...mixed thoughts. First, no need to cut and waste bread...just roll it out and place it in the cup holders; it will overlap in some areas since you are lining a circle with a square. (We used large muffin tins.) This was ok however, it’s much easier and faster to make toast, eggs and bacon separately; results taste the same. The cups were pretty but in my opinion, not worth the work and time needed to bake.

For a recipe so simple and easy to make, it tastes pretty good. My family liked it, but it could use a little bit more spice. I'll be making this again!

Turned out well! Didn’t have bacon at the time so used ham instead could do with a bit more seasoning and maybe a sprinkle of chives on top. Will make again with bacon though.

My daughter and I made these two mornings ago and LOVED THEM! We only made one change. We used crescent rolls instead of bread to line the cups and fold over the contents. Delish!! Added a little more spice, too!

My family and I did it without the spinach( mainly because we didn’t have any) we only half cooked the bacon and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone loved it!( except my little sister but we ignored her) All in all a great recipe. 😋

I made it for breakfast one morning I followed directions and everything and it didn’t taste that good

Great recipe to try variations with. I made it as instructed and some more with egg whites and salmon. I felt there was a lot of bread wasted. I think next time I will try cutting it in 4 triangles. I’m going to have fun with this one.

I'm not the best cook but it was tasty and with practice it would be brilliant! Easy to follow and make.
