Turned out well! Didn’t have bacon at the time so used ham instead could do with a bit more seasoning and maybe a sprinkle of chives on top. Will make again with bacon though.

My daughter and I made these two mornings ago and LOVED THEM! We only made one change. We used crescent rolls instead of bread to line the cups and fold over the contents. Delish!! Added a little more spice, too!

My family and I did it without the spinach( mainly because we didn’t have any) we only half cooked the bacon and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone loved it!( except my little sister but we ignored her) All in all a great recipe. 😋

Great recipe to try variations with. I made it as instructed and some more with egg whites and salmon. I felt there was a lot of bread wasted. I think next time I will try cutting it in 4 triangles. I’m going to have fun with this one.

very delicious and hearty! took a little more time than i want a breakfast to take to school but overall great. i couldn't taste the spinach at all, especially since it was on the bottom. For me, i didn't have to use butter but that might be because i used non-stick
