Delicious, although I switched out the semi skimmed milk for oat milk and added fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and oats for the cocoa powder.

I absolutely love this smoothie! I add the cocoa powderedto the mix to give it that chocolate taste. Overall it taste like a chocolate banana smoothie.

it is amazing smoothie. People commenting below lack good taste buds because the overuse of simple sugars. Raw smoothies are the best. Once you add milk or sugar; its purpose is lost.

I also add honey and a scoop of yogurt.

I peeled the fruit as commented before, and blended on high for a good 30-40 seconds. It turned out amazing! I usually don’t eat fruit, but this is a good way to give your body some fruits :3

This is my first smoothie ever and I must say it tastes pretty good. I will definitely make this again

You have to peel the apple so it is not grainy. Also suggest using a high speed blender. The taste was average but that is normal when you don't add sugar and that is a plus!

I’ve made it two days in a row and I love it! Today I added peanut butter and actually took the skin off the banana and it tastes really good!

Nice, been making it for some time. But, how do you characterize one (1) serving after blending and only 1/3 cup H2O?

It’s a little to sweet but I’m okay with that. I peeled the orange so I didn’t have a lot of strings in it. So I might try using canned oranges instead.

It was good, had a unique taste but wasn't my favorite. Will be making again and tweaking ingredients!

Someone mentioned calorie count too low. Note that this recipe is 4 servings. This is 80 cal per serving.
