Absolutely delicious! Super easy to prepare and make, though for those who don't like eggs, but still want the vitamin in the egg, I recommend scrambling an egg or two while frying the bacon. Also, fry the potatoes first, and add at least double potatoes! Will make again!

Delicious! Will make again. I added an extra egg so each of us had an egg (called for 3 eggs for 4 servings). Tastes great with freshly laid eggs 😊

I boiled the potatoes a little before cooking in pan. Also, added onion and seasoned w garlic, cajun seasoning, and paprika. Delicious!

Took a long time to cook down the potatoes but this turned out great! Maybe I will (half) cook the potatoes in the microwave prior to browning next time to speed it up. Made it with sausage, and onions, turned out excellent! Thank you!

I added half an onion, a bit of chilli and salt and pepper and I thought it turned out to be a really yummy breakfast
