This is really delicious and does taste like a liquid pumpkin pie. It makes two very large servings or four small ones. Because I’m usually just making it for myself, I think I’ll halve the recipe when I make it again.

Yummy but a bit heavy on the cinnamon. I had less pumpkin purée available, normal oats instead of instant, and natural yog instead of Greek but it all worked out nicely.

Holy Moses this was delicious. And I usually hate pumpkin. Did half yogurt and half vanilla protein powder. Had to make up the spices as I didn’t have Pumpkin Pie Blend.

Very good smoothie and filling! With the banana, I would use less maple syrup next time in order to reduce the carb count.

I had plain greek yogourt, so I added more maple syrup and about 1/2 tsp vanilla. Instead of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Really yummy !
