Cut the potatoes a little bigger. Lightly sprinkled the italian seasoning and light coating of olive oil. Lowest portion of the oven 400 degrees in 40 minutes. Awesome breakfast. I had to put beef strips on top for a little salt. I look forward to making this again.

They were great. im thinking I didn't use enough oil becuase they did not crisp up but very flavorful.

Super easy and yummy recipe. I threw a handful in my leafy green salad with Italian dressing and it was the perfect touch for a quick and filling lunch!
