Tastes amazing but will have to be a sometimes food because of all the margarine. My whole family loved it!

Yummy! I added some olive oil to the onions on top of a tablespoon of ghee for flavor, and sauteed the potatoes and sweet potatoes instead of baked, needed it faster than 40 mins. I also added 2 tsps curry because I love it and some italian seasoning (dried leaves) Then divided into two pans in the one only potatoes and onions, in the other added spinach and scrambled some eggs right on top once potatoes were soft, mix was so nutrient dense and filling! TY

Very good but high in calories for me personally, I’ve finished off the potato’s with the onions until the potatoes started to turn slightly brown. Also used olive oil for this recipe.
