- 1 Tbsp. yeast (I use Fleishman's rapid rise yeast)

- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal (for bottom of crust)
- 1 cup soy chorizo (I like the Trader Joe's brand)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
