- 1 jar sugar (free tomato based pizza sauce)
- 2 greens (big handfuls of, we love arugula or spinach)
- 1 pkg. pepperoni (look for a brand without sugar added)
- 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage (cooked, you can buy pre-cooked and just break it up into smaller pieces or make your own with ground pork and this recipe)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced into thin pieces)
- 1/4 onion (sliced into thin pieces)
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped into ribbons)
