The flavor was good but I used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and I think that helped. The texture was off, though. If I make them again I would broil at the end on all sides to crisp them up.

Waaay too sweet and waaay too much thyme. If I were to make again, I would use less than half of the syrup that it calls for, and I definitely wouldn’t use the real stuff again.

First recipe ive used from here, turned out pretty well! easy to make for a beginner.
