- 1/2 cup pesto (roasted red pepper, can substitute for any other pesto you prefer)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (4 tbsp if you’re not using an ovenproof skillet/ pan)
- 100 grams red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 100 grams yellow bell pepper (finely diced)
