Easy, delicious, good to take to work and way more cost effective than grabbing from a coffee shop. Plus it’s nice to know exactly what’s in them.

Definitely needs some seasoning and difficult to evenly divide ingredients into muffin cups. I would add the pepper, etc. into the cups 1st then add egg mixture next time.

They were really yummy and super easy to make. I switched out the ham for spicy sausage and finished it with some sour cream and salsa in the end. I’ll definitely be making them again!

Great did a slight variation on recipe. Just used ham, raw shallots and low fat cheddar with salt and garlic graduals.

It turned out so good!! Perfect! I was amazed.
I was looking for a way to get my picky toddlers to eat eggs so I made this without the onion and bell peppers and he ate it!! I was so happy.
