    They were really yummy and super easy to make. I switched out the ham for spicy sausage and finished it with some sour cream and salsa in the end. I’ll definitely be making them again!

    Great did a slight variation on recipe. Just used ham, raw shallots and low fat cheddar with salt and garlic graduals.

    It turned out so good!! Perfect! I was amazed. I was looking for a way to get my picky toddlers to eat eggs so I made this without the onion and bell peppers and he ate it!! I was so happy.

    Amazing! I added a teaspoon of crushed garlic while I fried the capsicum, ham and onion. Then I spooned that mixture into the pans and poured on top the egg and cheese mix (used half cup cottage cheese instead of grated)
