It was okay but turned out on the salty side which was my fault. I didn't brown the hash as I thought it will bake enough in the oven but it was well done enough. I added diced tomatoes and basil. I guess I need to lessen salt since I added shredded parmesan which was salty in itself.
If to be eaten for breakfast, you can prep the night before the bacon and the hash. I cut my bacon into strips then cooked in the pan so the result will be neat crumbled bacon. Then I used the bacon fat to cook the hash. I love your tip with the hash. Thanks for sharing!

These were great, although would recommend erring on the side of cooking the eggs less

It was delicious, just wish I added seasoning to the potatoes. Other than that, delicious!!

Loved it! Great way to switch up the mix of standard breakfast. I used oil in the pan rather than spray
