  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices gruyère cheese
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled, quartered)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    2. Fill croissants with ham, tomato, cheese and egg. Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 4-5 mins, until warmed and cheese starts to melt. Serve with arugula.
