These taste awesome! Following the recipe I ended up with 17 cookies instead of 8-10. I also had to bake them an extra 4 minutes. That being said I don't know if they will last the night.

I Love these cookies. This recipe is quick and easy to put together not to mention you can use many different mixins for variety. I keep a batch in the refrigerator for a quick go-to when i am in a rush and hungry. Also, perfect for a pre- workout snack.

So delicious and filling. I used dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and dairy free chocolate chips. I will be making this again. Even eating the raw "dough" is so yummy! I recommend this one!
