Great easy should be served warm, with bagels on the side, or wrapped in flour tortillas with hot sauce and avocado

Amazing I made a few changes. I substituted Keri Gold garlic herb butter. I replaced hash browns w 2 medium zucchini cut into hash size. I used 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk (max it on a snow day and didn’t have the dairy featured. Lastly, I put 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese versus the other cheese for the same reason.
My favorite breakfast casserole I made of all time.

I've made it twice, excellent choice to make for breakfast, and the second time I made it we had breakfast for dinner, that's the best too. The first time, I put to much half & half in it because I used less eggs than what the recipe said to use.

I made this with breakfast sausage that I’d browned in advance. After removing it from pan I then sautéed the potatoes with onion, sweet bell peppers and garlic before adding to dish. It was an easy make recipe and we all agreed that it was delicious !

Great recipe and easy to add your likes…sausage, more vegetables, etc. Making it for a second time within two days for brunch guests!! A keeper.

Quick and dirty. 10-15 min of prep, 30 min to bake. Clean the fridge out and make your own version

This is so delicious! I added sautéed inely chopped red and green pepper and chopped yellow onion and mushrooms to the hashbrowns for more flavor. I’ve also used different cheese blends and it’s always a family favorite! Try it with Italian sausage too. I make this often as it microwaves the leftovers perfectly.
