Turned out great! We needed breakfast for a crowd, found this recipe and doubled it in a 9x13 pan. It was a hit! Will make this over and over!

I used one less egg, a mix of breads, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, pepper and cheddar cheese. Turned out great and easy.

Skipped on the vegatables and one less piece of bread and got approval from the wife that's a personal trainer. Never thought about adding a slice of bread vs eggs and milk to add density to the meal.
