    Chose this as a sort of last minute dinner and loved it! Will definitely make it a regular staple for breakfasts & dinner. Added a little bit (about half a cup or so) of heavy whipping cream to the eggs to make them a little bit fluffier and served it with cinnamon rolls. Yummy yummy yummy

    I added two bell peppers & a sweet onion to add some veggies to it. So good! I also doubled the eggs.
    Delicious!! I added some chopped onions, peppers, and mushrooms to the sausage that was browning and threw it all in the pan and added 4 more eggs and it came out FANTASTIC!

    This is a keeper. I modified it by doing the following: re-peppers, red onions, shallots, mushrooms, and I use biscuits because I didn't have any crescent rolls. I only put cheese on half of it because one person is lactose intolerant

    I love this as a quick delicious breakfast that lasts for days since the leftovers reheat so well! I do use different sausages (hot/maple/sage) & cheeses at times and a little salt & pepper but its totally not necessary. Its a keeper in regular rotation! !

    very good! I used bisquits instead of cressents. Added some hot sauce to the eggs and some cream. i will make this again!

    It was very good! Browning the sausage the night before was a good idea. I will be sure to do that next time.
