These are excellent. Very easy and quick to make. Some people have commented that they fell apart. The key is to ensure the mixture is pressed into the pan and let them cool completely before turning out. Next time I will use maple syrup or honey as agave is not a great sugar substitute and is quite bad for the body.

Ah-mazing!!!! I used coconut flour (no almond flour on hand), and substituted the agave for pure maple syrup.....delish!!!
