pretty good. My husband will only eat a scrambled egg, so did his with scrambled eggs. I did mine as the recipe says. We both enjoyed our versions!

Excellent! We added more bacon, cheese, and/or chives on the serving plates to taste

Brilliant!
I prepared the hollowed out potatoes the night before, and picked up where I left off in the morning. They came out great. The eggs were perfectly balanced between the yolks being a bit runny, and the whites being just right. Wifey just loved it! This is a versatile recipe where you can easily add what you want depending on the taste profile you're looking for. I'll definitely make these again and will likely serve them when we have friends over for another one of our large Sunday brunches.
Cheers,
Michael

My new favorite go to breakfast/lunch/dinner/anytime dish. I add a dollop of sour cream and sriracha. As always, it's a challenge to get them cooked just enough that the yolks are still runny but the whites are cooked, but I don't mind. It just makes getting the timing exact even more of a treat.

The dish was fun to prepare and it was well received by my family. Will definitely give the recipe another go next time!

I made these for breakfast one morning and they were an immediate hit. I cooked the potatoes the day before and made them into boats, putting them in the fridge for the night. It was so simple just to pull them out and fill them with the needed ingredients. However, I couldn't get the egg whites cooked with the yolk still being runny. But I do recommend more cheese than you may think is needed. And lots of chives or spinach for a fresh green pop!

It was ok. It is time consuming and not a big hit with the family. I feel like I've had all of these ingredients before, in a better form than this.

Time consuming since you have to bake potato first didn't really taste egg at all. I added bell peppers as well

It turned out really good! It was delicious! I didn't modified at all and I would totally make it again!

Took much longer than expected! Must increase the temperature for an even cook of the egg. I also added salsa in between the cheese and egg. But would definetly try this again.

Would recommend vastly increasing cooking time/temp for the potatoes. Might try again but first time was not great.
