- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp. ajwain (or carom seeds)
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. achar masala (or achar, choice)
