- 1 egg
- 6 butter (salted & cut into pieces)
- 3 sugar
- 4 cups flour (we use organic – it’s just fluffier & better for baking)
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk (optional – just ads to the depth of flavor)
- 1 gluten (TAB plus 1 teas, it makes the bread better consistency, but if you are allergic you can omit it)
- 2 salt (teas)
- 2 1/2 yeast (teas, I buy a jar to save $$ over the pouches)
- 1 egg yolk (with 1 TAB water to brush over top)
- sesame seeds (for sprinkling, optional)

The listed calorie count on these is way too high for the ingredients for what it's worth. But the recipe is AMAZING. This can easily be made in your bread machine and they taste - WOW! Plus no preservatives like in the buns you get at the store.
