The cooking temp was too high for my cooktop. I had to turn the temperature down alot.
It was difficult to coat the egg on top of the flour.
It tasted good.

This was my first time making breaded tilapia. Hate that tilapia holds water, but the meal came out wonderfully!!!

Tasty relatively quick recipe. My toddler tends to shy away from fish when there’s too much garlic. This had just enough to add the flavor but not too much that it was overpowering for him.

It’s a good quick and simple recipe if your don’t have too much time fries relatively quick so keep temp more towards the low side

Good! Used corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs. Needs more salt than you might expect. Yummy and easy!

It was really good! My autistic son who’s very picky liked it so this recipe is a keeper! It’s made with ingredients I already had on hand which is a bonus.

This was good, I’m sure I’ll make it again. My husband thought the breading took away from the good taste of the fish, but I disagree.

Made this last night, it was outstanding, however I always need to make more breadcrumb and flour. It was very moist and tilapia was fresh and tasty.
