I got a pound of fresh halibut 1/2 off. Score! I used what I had in my kitchen. I had Italian bread crumbs, lemon juice, and dried parsley. It came out great. I served it with asparagus, and mashed potatoes. My roommate loved it.

Cut topping in half as I was cooking only 2 pieces of fish. Used lime zest with the juice as I didn’t have any lemon. Also used herb de province instead of parsley.
