this recipe made perfect cuban Sandwiches. the bread was light with a nice crust. the texture of the inside was very light . I brushed the outside with butter and it gave them a golden color amd softened them just a wee bit. i ended up making 8-9 individual loves that were the perfect size fir a half sandwich per person (normal appitite)
