Easy to make and absolutely delicious. I adapted mine by using chopped apricots instead of raisins, sugar alternative and desiccated coconut instead of almonds.

Very tasty despite using a larger than ideal dish resulting in it being dryer than intended

Very tasty. I usually put the mixture into the dish cold i.e without heating milk/cream which means that it doesn’t get quite as solid. I enjoyed this variation too.
