Description
Uttapam is a thick pancake, with toppings cooked right into the batter. Uttapam is sometimes characterized as an Indian pizza. It is a south Indian recipe can be made by different kind of pancake batters. I have made it easily and quickly as a breakfast recipe so i have used left over breads for making uttapam.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 3 white bread
- 3/4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. semolina
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 baking soda (big pinch of)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or as per taste)
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 mustard seeds (spoon)
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil (/ olive oil for pan frying)

Directions
- Mix flour,yogurt,semolina,salt,baking soda,musturd seeds all toether, let the batter seat for 10 minutes.
- cut down the edges of white breads or cut it in a round shape with cookie cutter
- put the batter on the both side of the bread.
