Description
No need to run to the bakery with this simple recipe for Bread Rolls for Snacks. You can use these bread rolls to create sandwiches for lunch or a snack, spread with your favorite jam, or spread with butter and serve alongside dinner tonight. Made with just four simple ingredients, these bread rolls are fluffy and have a lovely crust. Make the bread dough the day before you plan on baking these rolls in order to let the dough rest and rise.

- 610 grams bread flour
- 410 grams water
- 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 10 grams salt

Directions
- In a bowl, mix 100 grams flour, 100 grams water, and the yeast. Let it ferment, until frothy.
- Add the rest of the flour, water, and salt. Knead by hand for 1 to 2 minutes and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat until the gluten has developed.
- Shape into a ball and placed in a greased bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
