    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix 100 grams flour, 100 grams water, and the yeast. Let it ferment, until frothy.
    2. Add the rest of the flour, water, and salt. Knead by hand for 1 to 2 minutes and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat until the gluten has developed.
    3. Shape into a ball and placed in a greased bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
