Made this twice and they’re great! Recipe has too much water relative to flour - dough is gloopy until more flour added. And 30m is too long to bake: 25-27m at 350F was plenty.

My rolls would not brown on top but the bottoms looked great. My last four looked worse and didn’t rise as well as the first four. They are cooling now. Any idea why they wouldn’t brown? Maybe the oven?
