    this turned out really good. Easy recipe to follow tasty results. i actually split the dough into 2 loaf pans and proofed the dough for 30 minutes and bakèd it for 30 minutes. i accidentally left the salt out but the bread still turned out, maybe a little flatter flavour tnan if I remembered to include it.
