Great flavor. Texture okay-- lots of air holes and chewy-- but seems like that's how all bread machine recipes turn out if you bake them in the machine.
The ingredients list two kinds of yeast, but you only need one. The instructions say to add butter to the corners of the bucket: rather odd, since the ingredients don't list butter, and the machine is going to mix and knead everything thoroughly anyhow. I didn't use the butter and it's fine.

We loved this bread. Made it with our rapid bake cycle and it turned out better than other loaves we have tried with that function. I did add a tablespoon of gluten.

Good
Added a teaspoon more sugar and 1/2 cup of flour to 2nd batch husband thought it needed to be sweeter also used regular all purpose flour both times
