Easy and yummy. I added a bunch of Italian seasonings and some garlic for an herbed bread.

Whole family loved it - so soft and fluffy! Does anyone know how you would adjust this to make a 2 lb loaf? We’re a large family (7), and flew thru this.

I made this once...so maybe its my yeast but it didnt turn out well. Edible...but the bread was dense and doughy. I prefer a softer/fluffier loaf.
