Scrumptious! I did substitute a couple ingredients. Instead of dry powdered milk I added about 1/4 milk to the water and filled the rest with water. I also used Bread flour - just because I like the denser texture. I’m sure it would be fine as it is, but the substitutions I made, suited my taste perfectly!
