- 40 grams ground chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda (/ baking soda)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 250 grams cottage cheese (full fat smooth, OR, cream cheese, quark or fromage frais)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil (your choice)
- 60 grams sunflower seeds
- 40 grams flax seeds
- 20 grams black sesame seeds (optional, but adds to the overall dark appearance of the loaf)
- black sesame seeds (Extra, to sprinkle on top.)
