Delicious and easy to make. I used raw red pepper and diced canned tomatoes, but it worked great.

Good but a little heavy w the canned tomatoes... next time I would add chicken stock and only use 1/2 can of tomatoes w chilies...

Soooo delicious...soooo easy. We’re cilantro haters so I used basil. Loved it!
