    Husband loved it so that is a win for me! followed the recipe and it turned out awesome! Next time I might cut back on the lemon juice, but that is just my preference. Over all a great recipe!

    It was good, not as great as some people reviewed. I had to add lots of pepper and more salt. I also added more coconut milk. I think next time will add chicken or sausage. Still tasty and made a lot

    Won’t add rice the next time. I added tomatoe paste to make it thicker and more fulfilling. I also added green onions because I love onions. Will be making again. It was DELICIOUS

    Loved it! It came out perfect! I added zucchini, shredded carrots, okra, and a little more rice to mines! The cilantro and lemon juice gave it a bomb flavor!

    Delicious!!! Added some old bay seasoning, hot sauce and a little more pepper for additional kick! But definitely making this again! SO EASY!

    This soup is wonderfully easy and absolutely delicious!!! I followed the recipe EXACTLY and my husband and I LOVED it! Its always funny to me when people will review a recipe they made changes to and then give it less than 5 stars. You aren't reviewing THIS recipe, you are reviewing your own. Just amusing to me.

    Quick and easy recipe to follow. I added spicy sausage and more salt than the recipe asked for. I felt like the lemon threw the recipe off a bit. I think it’s better without adding the lemon juice, but that’s just my opinion. Nothing really special about the recipe. It did the job for dinner.

    Delicious soup for any day of the week. I used diced tomatoes instead of crushed but still turned out good. Definitely making this again!

    Made this for dinner yesterday it was soooo yummy. Made a couple changes used 1whole can of low fat coconut milk and only 1 can fire roasted tomatoes. Also added old bay 1 TBS and a sprinkle of dried dill weed. This is now part of my soup recipes

    Seriously Delicious. I added the whole can of coconut milk as suggested by others. The coconut taste is not over powering. Along with the shrimp, I also added chunks of mahi mahi, a little lobster, and a bit of frozen veggies. Next time i would double the recipie. Seriously loved it. Make sure you season to taste.
