- 1 red onion (cut into thin wedges)

- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (long, seeds removed, optional, finely chopped)

- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 200 mL coconut milk
- 5 1/2 cups fish stock
- 4 spring onions (cut into 5cm pieces)
- 600 grams prawns (about 18 green, peeled, heads and tails intact, deveined)
- 125 grams white fish fillets (firm, such as snapper, cut into 3cm pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
