    Not as flavourful I I was expecting, added some Chili sauce for that something extra. But it still turned out really good

    Holy cow! This is amazing and dead easy!! I marinated the salmon for a day and didn’t add cilantro even though I love it because my family doesn’t. Can only imagine it with... served over rice. A keeper. Makes lots of juice...

    Very tasty. I added shrimp and ate it over a bed of rice! Hubby wants this dish put in dinner rotation!

    It was sooo yummy and savory. My husband says it is approved for rotation! There was quite a bit of onion, but that was probably because my onions were a bit big. That’s all I’d change in the future! So good!

    I used cod instead of salmon and added paprika to my liking and half the juice of lime but no zest. Tasy!!
