Very good, I tripled the cinnamon and brown sugar but I would like to try slicing the pineapple into rings and use four tablespoons of brown sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon to cover both sides of the slices and bake them for the same amount of time because i think the pineapple definitely needed more sugar. P.S tried it a second time, this time cutting it in half lengthwise, and now I think I’ll also cook it for a little longer on a lower temperature because some of the sugar burnt, not badly but still, and ran down the sides. Still delicious though.
